4. No Guarantee of Funding

While we aim to maximize your funding potential, we do not guarantee approval or specific funding amounts. Final approval is determined solely by third-party lenders.

5. Intellectual Property

Do you guarantee I’ll get funding?

When do I pay for your services?

Payment is required upfront before we begin the funding process.

This covers all services related to credit preparation, application support, lender matching, and ongoing assistance until funding is secured.

Please note: This is a one-time flat fee. There are no hidden charges or percentage-based fees after funding.

What happens if I don’t get approved?

Since our service fee is paid upfront, it is non-refundable, even if funding is not approved. However, clients don’t need to worry — our team works closely with each client to strengthen their profile and ensure the highest chance of approval.

Are you a lender or credit card issuer?

No. Business Advisory Team is a consulting firm. We assist with strategy, credit positioning, application support, and lender referrals — but we are not a financial institution, lender, or credit card provider.

Our flat fee includes:
